NYC/30 Rock/Legendary Roots Crew

NYC was fun of course & got 2 kick it with some of my ATL peeps amongst others. Thats what i love about the NY ..u will mos def run into people from all stages of ur life..Random .Speaking of which i ran into my dude Nito is currently working on a documenteray about MOs Def... looking 4 ward to that fsho check out his site & all his projects here.

Another highlight of my trip was linking with the homie Ahmir (QuestLove) of the Legendary Roots Crew...as u may know they have a very sweet gig now on The Jimmy Fallon show as prob the illest house band / co-hosts (ever??) no disrespect to Max Weinberg (Love u COnan!)...anyhoo hearing them play is always a treat, hearing Black Thought SING is even better...anyway i sat in on their rehersal, heres my pics (not very good as i was trying 2 be incognegro being i was the only person sitting in audience) and some shots of me & Ahmir taking advantage of 30 rocks cafeteria !! its BOMB ,really...the last time i was there was for Prince's performance on Saturday Night Live. We got down. As a food aficionado i must say any cafeteria with 2 multi flavor frozen yogurt machines always get two thumbs up...nyway grubbing , exchanging music and hearing one of ur fav bands rehearse =a great day.
